Exclusive… In no makeup, a disorientated and barely recognizable Mischa Barton shops on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood, Ca at 11pm on January 04, 2010. Well, we’ve gotten used to this, although this is a new one even for us. The 23-year-old ‘O.C.’ star looks dreadful!
